The reservation is guarenteed after receipt of a completed reservationform and the deposit afterwhich we will send you your confirmation details
Campsite reservation
Max nr. of persons per pitch allowed is 6 persons.
The booked camppitch is available as of 12 noon on the day of arrival and needs to be vacated at 12noon on the day of departure.
For a camppitch reservation a deposit of € 90,00 + € 12,50 administrationfee is compulsary.
The deposit of € 102,50 can be paid into bankaccountnr.:
82 92 84 656 in the name of E. van der Beek, Camping Lou Passavous,
Le Vernet, please state your name and adress.
The deposit needs be settled within 14 days after the reservation was made.
Without prior notification we will hold your reserved space for max 24 hrs as of the day of arrival.
For reservations of 2 pitches 2x adminsitrationfee and deposits will be applicable.
Total bookingfees need to be settled min. 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For cancellations up to 2 months prior to arrival 30% of the deposits will be returned Within 2 months before arrival or upon early departure no deposits will be returned.
Mobil-home reservation
Upon request a babybed can be put in our mobil homes.
The mobil-home is available as of 3pm on day of arrival en needs to be vacated latest by 10am on the day of departure. Rentalperiods are min. 7 days from Friday to Friday.
A 50% deposit of the total rentalfees are applicable for the mobil-home + € 12,50 administrationfee.
The required deposit can be paid into the following bankaccountnr.:

The deposit is required within 14 days after the reservation was made.
Without prior notification the mobil home will be held for 24 hrs on the booked day of arrival.
The total reservationfees need to be settled min. 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Upon arrival a refundable deposit of € 75,00 is required. This deposit will be returned upon departure and after inspection of the mobile-home for any damages / missing items.
For cancellations up to 2 months prior to arrival 30% of the deposits will be returned. Within 2 months before arrival or upon early departure no deposits will be refunded.
We advise you to book a cancellation and travel insurance.
On the campgrounds you are obliged to keep pets on a leash. During your stay rules of hygene for pets need to be followed. Pet vaccinations need to be shown upon arrival.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in our Mobil-homes.
Both in our campground pool as well as in the adjacent community pool swimshorts are not allowed, please use regular swimmwear!
